Two local students make dean's list

Kelsey Davis of Thousand Oaks and Jennifer Ortez of Newbury Park are listed on the dean's list for the 2007 spring semester at the University of Portland in Oregon.

Davis is a sophomore majoring in elementary education. Ortez is a senior majoring in psychology.

Students need at least a 3.5 grade point average to make the list.
