Adoptive parents invited to library program
Children's Bureau will offer an information meeting foadoptive parents from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tues., June 26 at the Grant Brimhall/Thousand Oaks Library, 1401 E. JansRoad, Thousand Oaks. Prospective caregivers are encouraged to attend. The bureau provides training, services, support groups and resources to adoptive parents. Financial help is given to assist families in the care of the children.

The agency is a nonprofit organization working to prevent and treat child abuse and neglect.
