New West offers wine, dinner and auction

New West Symphony will host its Symphony of Wine VII Dinner and Auction at 3 p.m. Sun., June 24 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Two Dole Drive, Westlake Village.

The dinner supports the symphony's children's youth programs. It will be a four-course dinner featuring dishes by chefs from Four Seasons hotels in Westlake Village and Beverly Hills and from the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.

Live and silent auctions will include wines that can only be obtained at the event, an in-home dinner for eight prepared by Valentino restaurant and tickets for Yosemite's Bracebridge Dinner.

Justin and Deborah Baldwin, proprietors of Justin Vineyards and Winery in Paso Robles, will be honored as this year's Maestros of Food and Wine. Tickets at $250 per person are available by calling Katy Roth at (818) 225-1795.
