Preparing for summer

REACHING OUT TO THE COMMUNITY- - Chaz Barrows, 13, of Simi Valley climbs up a training wall at Boulderdash, an indoor rock climbing studio in Westlake Village, as McGrawHill and J.D. Power and Associates employees cheer him on. The employees volunteered with Boulderdash to help Westlake Boys & Girls Club members try rock climbing, part of a campaign to encourage employees to aid the community.
