Honored as an Eagle

HIGHEST RANK- John Koman, a 17yearold junior at Thousand Oaks High School, has attained the rank of Eagle, the pinnacle in Scouting. For his project, John led friends and others from Troop No. 765 to improve the landscaping in front of the TOHS gym. He plans to pursue a career in law enforcement. John is the son of Mark and Anne Koman.
