Botanical garden sells plants

The Conejo Valley Botanical Garden will present the following activities in June. Enter at 350 W. Gainsborough Road, Thousand Oaks. For more information, call (805) 494-7630.

+Native and water-wise plant sale will be from 10 a.m. to noon Sat., June 2.

+Ed Hager will lead a free walk through the orchard and answer questions during a fruit garden walk at 2 p.m. Sun., June 3. Sturdy shoes and bottled water are suggested.

+A rock painting craft class for children ages 4 to 12 will be at 11:30 a.m. and again at 1:30 p.m. Sun.June 24. Reservations are requiredand a $3 donation is requested.

+The Kids' Adventure Garden is free and open Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The garden features a tree house and dinosaur garden.

+Floral design in the Sogetsu

style will be in the garden center a9:30 a.m. Thurs., June 7 and 21. The cost for each class is $15 plus $10 for flowers, or $50 per month. Fomore information, call Camille a(805) 498-7421.
