Elks exalt efforts of youth

IN APPRECIATION OF AREA YOUTH--Thousand Oaks Elks Lodge No. 2477 paid homage Fri., May 11 to area youth by recognizing their accomplishments. The first week in May is designated as "Elks Youth Appreciation Week" nationally.
