Newbury Park

A male, 22, was arrested for allegedly being under the influence of a controlled substance at 5 p.m. May 10 in the 3300 block of Michael Drive.

A disturbance at a liquor store in the 3000 block of Lisa Court led to the arrest at 5:24 a.m. May 12 of a male, 37, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

A male, 34, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. May 12 in the 500 block of Avenida del Plantino on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Also, a male, 33, was arrested on a charge of being under the influence of methamphetamine.

Inside a motel room in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive on May 12 a male, 31, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of methamphetamine.

A male, 35, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and for an active arrest warrant at 8 p.m. May 12 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 37, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 11:02 p.m. May 14 at Wendy Drive and Old Conejo Road.

A motorcycle was stolen out of an open garage in the 400 block of S. Walter Avenue between 8:45 p.m. and 9:21 p.m. May 10.

A vandal scraped the hood and two sides of a vehicle with a sharp object between May 9 and 11 in the 3300 block of Jessica Street.

Someone allegedly went into a residence in the 1000 block of Via Impresso and took property without permission between April 13 and 25.

Various areas were allegedly marked with gang graffiti in the 1700 block of Calle Diamonte. The felony vandalism occurred between 4:30 p.m. May 11 and 7:30 a.m. May 14.

Someone allegedly attempted to pry open the back door of the Salvation Army thrift store at 2400 W. Hillcrest Drive during the night of May 14.

Property was allegedly taken from a house in the 1400 block of Sapphire Dragon Drive sometime between April 7 and May 3.

Someone allegedly stole items out of a shopping cart at a retail store in the 2700 block of Teller Road the morning of May 15.

Second-degree felony vehicle burglaries and damage to vehicles allegedly occurred at around 1 a.m. May 15 in the 1300 block of Newbury Road when three vehicles were burglarized and several attempts were made to burglarize other vehicles.

Thousand Oaks

On May 10 in the 2800 block of Camino dos Rios, a female, 20, was arrested for alleged forgery.

A male, 18, was cited on May 8 for driving without a license while allegedly going 60 mph on Avenida de Los Arboles at Kensington, a 45 mph zone.

On May 10 in the 300 block of Rolling Oaks Drive a male, 20, was arrested for allegedly firing a handgun in a neighborhood in a negligent manner. The handgun fired had been reported stolen.

A male, 39, was allegedly spotted drinking from a can of beer in the 700 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard at 5 p.m. May 10 by bicycle patrol officers and was cited for drinking in public.

A female, 63, was arrested May 10 in the 3100 block of Eaglewood Avenue for allegedly driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and leaving the scene of a traffic collision without notifying law enforcement.

A male, 35, was arrested, cited and released for not having a driver's license and allegedly driving 90 mph on the 101 Freeway near Hampshire Road at 3:16 a.m. May 11.

After watching a male, 28, allegedly remove items from a dumpster at 1:25 a.m. May 12, an officer waited until the man got back into his vehicle and pulled onto Lakefield Road near Townsgate Road before stopping him and discovering he was driving without a driver's license. The man was cited for having no license and advised about the anti-scavenging violation.

A fight inside a bar on Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Houston Street on May 12 led to the arrest of a male, 45, with an outstanding warrant.

A male, 40, was arrested for allegedly being under the influence of a controlled substance on May 13 in the 3300 block of Blueridge Court.

A man who was seriously injured after being hit in the head by a piece of a toilet tank lid identified his attacker. The alleged attacker was described by police as a bloody and intoxicated male, 33, who was arrested at 4:34 p.m. May 13 in the 800 block of Pierce Court. Arrested at the same time and place was a male, 42, who was also described by police as bloody and intoxicated and allegedly accused of hitting someone.

A female, 50, was arrested after she allegedly stole three DVD movies from the Sears store on Hillcrest Drive on May 13.

A male, 48, who allegedly kicked down his mother's front door, was arrested and charged with trespassing and two outstanding warrants on May 13 in the 300 block of Chestnut Hill Lane.

A female, 19, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting under $400 worth of property on May 14 in the 500 block of Hillcrest Drive.

Grand theft of personal property occurred around 2 a.m. May 6 at Conejo Creek Park South at Janss Road and the 23 Freeway.

Grand theft of personal property occurred between 10:30 p.m. and midnight May 9 in the 1400 block of La Jolla Drive when someone allegedly stole property out of a vehicle.

Someone allegedly tried to steal an unlocked vehicle by breaking into the steering column May 9 in the 1400 block of Hillcrest Drive.

Wheels and tires were stolen from a car parked in the 800 block of Hampshire Road on May 9.

Grand theft of personal property occurred when someone allegedly took property out of an unlocked vehicle on May 9 in the 500 block of Rancho Road.

Unknown suspects allegedly committed grand theft of personal property by taking property out of an unlocked vehicle April 25 in the 1400 block of Reynolds Court. The loss was reported May 9.

A vehicle burglary allegedly occurred on May 10 in the 800 block of Lynnmere Drive.

An unknown suspect allegedly drew graffiti on signs and structures in Wildwood Park between 4 p.m. May 9 and 7:30 a.m. May 10.

An unknown suspect allegedly stole a personal check from someone's mailbox, forged new information on it and took it to a local bank. The theft occurred May 1 in the 1100 block of Camino dos Rios.

Someone allegedly took a wallet sitting on a table at Chuck E. Cheese at 130 W. Hillcrest Drive on May 11.

A known suspect is said to have entered the Rite Aid at 205 Moorpark Road, and picked up, concealed and walked out with a bottle of alcohol without paying for it on May 12.

Unknown suspects allegedly stole a bottle of cologne from Sears at 145 W. Hillcrest Drive on May 14.

A felony second-degree burglary of a vehicle allegedly occurred between 6 p.m. May 13 and 11 a.m. May 14 in the 3100 block of Clarita Court when an unknown suspect forced entry into a locked vehicle and stole property.

A felony theft from a construction site allegedly occurred near Sunnyhill Street and Heritage Place sometime between May 7 and 11.

A grand theft felony allegedly occurred on the 1600 block of Eveningside when a known suspect allegedly stole a bicycle and an Apple iPod.

A petty theft occurred at Macy's at 590 W. Hillcrest Drive on May 14 when a known suspect allegedly stole less than $400 worth of property.

A male passenger, 20, riding in a car involved in a traffic stop at E. Avenida de Los Arboles and Avenida de Las Plantas at 11:43 a.m. May 4 was cited and released for alleged possession of marijuana.

A female, 43, was arrested for suspicion of prostitution in the 1400 block of East Thousand Oaks Boulevard at 7 p.m. May 9.

A male, 23, who allegedly fled the scene after he was involved in a traffic accident, was arrested on May 16 on Westlake Boulevard near the 101 Freeway.

An 87-year-old man involved in a traffic collision at 4:30 p.m. May 14 in the 3400 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard was arrested after he was suspected to have been drinking.

A 20-year-old male was arrested for allegedly possessing marijuana on May 15 in the 300 block of Arcturus Street.

Two dozen bottles of liquor valued at $2,256 were taken from a grocery store in the 3900 block of Thousand Oak Boulevard at 9:30 p.m. May 15. A male, 22, stopped for traffic violations in the same vicinity at the same time with bottles of liquor in his car, was identified as the suspect and arrested. At Buffwood and Hillrise in Agoura Hills another man, 21, was also arrested for allegedly taking the 24 bottles.

A male, 23, was arrested for allegedly knowingly violating a domestic violence restraining order by entering an apartment and waiting there at 9:52 p.m. May 15 in the 1900 block of Los Feliz Drive.

Unknown suspects allegedly entered a locked business and stole property between 7 p.m. May 12 and 6:45 a.m. May 14 and again between 7 p.m. May 13 and 6 a.m. May 14 in the 300 block of Moorpark Road. The break-ins are described as felony second-degree commercial burglaries.

An unknown suspect allegedly entered a locked vehicle and stole property between May 13 and 14 in the 3300 block of Silver Spur Court.

Someone is suspected of forced entry into a locked vehicle and stealing property on May 14 in the 3000 block of Eagles Claw Avenue.

An unknown suspect allegedly stole property from an unlocked vehicle between May 13 and 14 in the 3000 block of Eagles Claw Avenue.

Property was allegedly taken from an unlocked vehicle between May 12 and 14 in the 2900 block of Eagles Claw Avenue.

Sometime between May 13 and 14 property was allegedly taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 3000 block of Eagles Claw Avenue.

Someone allegedly forced entry into a locked vehicle and stole property during the early morning of May 14 in the 2800 block of Blazing Star Drive.

A grand theft felony took place at California Lutheran University when property was stolen from a building on campus at 60 W. Olsen Road between April 26 and May 10.

An unknown suspect broke a window with a rock at 8:45 p.m. May 14 causing more than $400 worth of damage in the 500 block of Avenida del Platino.

Graffiti vandalism occurred in the 2300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard the night of May 14 on a block wall behind Thousand Oaks Toyota.

An unknown suspect allegedly illegally entered a resident's home in the 600 block of Avenida del Plantino early May 15 and stole property.

An unknown suspect allegedly stole property from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 800 block of Waverly Heights Drive between May 14 and 15.

In the 200 block of Erbes Road, someone allegedly stole property from the back of an open pickup truck during the night of May 14.

An unknown suspect allegedly broke into a locked vehicle parked in the 70 block of W. Thousand Oaks Boulevard and stole property sometime between 9 p.m. May 14 and 10 a.m. May 15.

Property was allegedly stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 3300 block of Big Cloud Circle sometime during the night of May 12.

Known suspects were seen allegedly conspiring before entering Ralphs grocery store at 3963 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard and shoplifting at around 8 p.m. May 15.

The front of Stonepine Apartments at 1394 E. Hillcrest Drive were painted with graffiti by someone using yellow paint, causing felony vandalism, between May 15 and 16.

Forced entry into a locked vehicle and property stolen were reported in the 1700 block of East Avenida de Los Arboles around 6 p.m. May 16.

A female, 46, was arrested on suspicion of prostitution in the 3500 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard at 10:30 p.m. May 9.

Unknown suspects stole a cellphone from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 3800 block of East Thousand Oaks Boulevard at around 10 a.m. May 15.
