Student awarded scholarship at Colorado State
Shirit Stern, a sophomore aColorado State University, has been awarded the Harold and Sylvia Joy Scholarship for $1,000 for the 2006-07 school year. Stern is the daughter of JaneKaplan of Thousand Oaks and David Stern of Reseda. She's majoring in animal science with a minor in political science.
