Newbury Park

After creating a recent disturbance at a restaurant in the 700 block of Wendy, a male, 27, refused to leave the premises. He was then taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

A known suspect spray painted gang graffiti at a flood control channel in Newbury Park sometime before April 27.

Items belonging to an employer in the 3200 block of Grand Vista Drive were stolen by a known suspect between 10 a.m. and noon May 8.

Items were stolen from a store in the 2700 block of Teller Road between 2:05 and 2:30 p.m. May 6. A similar incident occurred the evening of May 3 at the same store.

The rear window of a convertible was stolen in the 2600 block of Lavery Court between May 2 and 5.

Known suspects conspired with an employee (an 18-year-old male who was later arrested) to steal merchandise or cash from a business in the 2700 block of Teller Road between March 27 and May 5.

A car was "keyed" and a tire was punctured on May 4 or 5 in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Items were stolen from a garage in the 2700 block of Edgeview Court the night of May 2.

A female, 29, was arrested for petty theft at 3:55 p.m. May 6 at Target. She had also been previously arrested for shoplifting.

A female, 49, was arrested for shoplifting at a store in the 2700 block of Teller Road at 7:48 p.m. May 3.

For felony vandalism, a male, 27, was arrested in the first block of Maple Road at 10:45 p.m. March 27. The incident occurred, however, in the 3300 block of Kimber Drive.

In the 2700 block of Edgeview Court, a vehicle was burglarized on May 2 or 3.

A vehicle window was smashed and a purse was stolen in the 700 block of Alderdale Court the night of May 2.

A vehicle was broken into and burglarized the night of May 2 in the 400 block of Greendale Circle.

An iPod was stolen from a desk in the 2300 block of Corporate Center Drive the afternoon of May 1.

Mail was stolen in the 3700 block of Calle Posadas on May 2.

Vehicle break-ins occurred the nights of May 1 or 2 in the following locations: 1000 block of Via Sorrento, 5000 block of Via Andrea (two), 1000 block of Via Adorna and the 1000 block of Via Carrillo Lane.
