Honda of Thousand Oaks wins President's Award

Honda of Thousand Oaks won its fourth President's Award from American Honda Motor Company. The award is granted to the top 15 percent of all Honda dealers.

Dealerships nationwide are measured against a set of performance criteria comprising all areas of operations, including customer service, staff training and sales.

Irv Steinman, vice president and general manger of Honda of Thousand Oaks, called the award a "badge of achievement and a tribute to the hard work of our team of professional men and women."

He indicated that the March 1 opening of the Academy of Helpful Sales and Customer Service has added "another level of quality" to his organization. "On an ongoing basis, we are committed to providing the very best customer sales and service. Our academy training underscores that objective and pushes us to reach even higher."
