Olsen offramp to be restriped
      Caltrans will re-stripe the northbound offramp at Olsen Road to create a free right-turn lane off the 23 Freeway. The traffic signal's right arrow will stay green unless the pedestrian crossing has been activated. Striping work will also be done on eastbound Olsen Road.
