Westlake, Newbury Park to meet in SCLA semifinals

On Friday night at 7 p.m. Westlake and Newbury Park club teams will match up in the Southern California Lacrosse Association semifinal round at NPHS.

Westlake (10-3) defeated Calabasas 14-3 in the first round of the playoffs.

Newbury Park (6-6) got past crosstown rival Thousand Oaks in the opening round.

Friday's winner will play top-seeded Oak Park (15-0) in the championship game on Sunday at noon at NPHS.
