Library holding story hour for Mother's Day

A special story hour honoring mothers and grandmothers will be Sat., May 12 at the Grant Brimhall/ Thousand Oaks Library and at the Newbury Park Branch Library.

The program will be presented at 11 a.m. at the Newbury Park branch, 2331 Borchard Road, Newbury Park, and at 2 p.m. in the main library, 1401 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks.

Each hour-long program will feature stories, tall tales, poems and crafts for parents and children to do together.

The program is free; registration is not required, but seating may be limited.
