WLV student earns her master's degree

Joan Mary Dodd of Westlake Village has earned a Master of Education degree from Whitworth College, a private liberal arts college in Spokane, Wash.

The school is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA) and enrolls 2,500 students.
