NEW JUNIOR RANGERS- Secretary of the Interior Dirk Kempthorne swears in a new class of Junior Rangers at the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area on Saturday. This class is the first to take the oath on the same day as other Junior Rangers across the country for national Junior Ranger Day during National Park Week.
