T.O. student honored for academic achievement

Eilish Marie Boisvert of Thousand Oaks has been cited for outstanding academic achievement during the winter 2007 term at Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H.

Boisvert is the daughter of Joseph and Taryn Boisvert.
