Soccer player follows the soaring ball

WAY UP HIGH- John Bowen, 12, of the Thousand Oaks AYSO U-12 boys' soccer team leaps in the air as the ball goes flying well over his head. John and his teammates were competing in the 9th annual Apricot Jam Tournament last weekend at Arroyo Vista Park in Moorpark. Nearly 1,200 players representing 104 teams took part in the two-day festivities.
