Lutherans offer intro to Christianity

Ascension Lutheran Church will begin the Alpha Course for adults from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wed., April 25 at the church, 1600 E. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks.

The course is a 10-week practical introduction to the Christian faith and offers answers to some key questions, such as how God relates to modern life.

Each weekly session begins with a large-group learning time and ends with smallgroup discussion.

There is no obligation or pressure to join the church or make a commitment.
