A letter to the editor that was referred to in last week's editorial about the 23 Freeway widening project and the adjacent sound walls was accidentally not printed. It's in today's letters on page 8 and is headlined "Sound wall lament."

Do-it Centers have generated nearly $30,000 in contributions to diabetes research. Regarding a story and sidebar in last week's edition, the Do-it Center will be a Gold Sponsor to this year's Tour de Cure, a Sun., May 6 bicycling fundraiser.

In a photo caption, we had the wrong e-mail address for readers who wanted to comment on the Civic Arts Plaza turnaround becoming a walkway.
