      QUICK RESPONSE- A brush fire Friday off the southbound 101 Freeway between Lynn and Ventu Park roads is doused by Ventura County firefighters. Their fast arrival prevented the small fire from becoming a conflagration; winds in the Conejo Valley were strong that afternoon.
