Colina fundraiser a huge success

The recent Colina Middle School Fashion Show raised about $10,000 through a raffle of donated items. Proceeds will benefit the students.

The event was a volunteer effort supported by 120 students who participated by modeling, announcing, serving dessert, decorating and greeting guests.

Fifty parents produced the show.

Local stores supported the show by lending clothing, including Frenzy, Friar Tux Shoppe, Marlene's, Popular and Sugar.
