T.O. Youth Commission accepting recognition nominations

Nominations for the Youth Recognition Award will be accepted until Tues., April 3. Awards will be presented at a recognition ceremony Wed., May 23 at the Thousand Oaks Teen Center.

Teens ages 13 to 19 may be nominated by service organizations for which they volunteer.

Forms and guidelines are available at the Grant Brimhall/Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park Branch libraries, the teen center, the welcome desk at city hall or www.toaks.org.
