Local youth called to the Torah

Hanna Madell was called to the Torah as a bat mitzvah on March 10 at Temple Etz Chaim. She is an honors student at Los Cerritos Middle School and the daughter of Gina and Dale Mandell of Thousand Oaks.

Aaron Friedman will be called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah on Sat., March 24 at Temple Etz Chaim. He is the son of Renee and Ilya Friedman of Thousand Oaks and a seventh-grader at Redwood Middle School.

Jeremy Seiden will be called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah on Sat., March 31 at Temple Etz Chaim. He is seventh-grader at Sequoia Middle School, and his parents are Sharon and Harold Seiden of Newbury Park.

Alex Plotkin will be called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah at Temple Etz Chaim on Sat., March 31. He is the son of Suzanne and Steve Plotkin of Thousand Oaks and is in the seventh grade at Los Cerritos Middle School.
