Thousand Oaks should reverse its decision on drop-off site

I was outraged when I read in last week's Thousand Oaks Acorn "Convenient access site for disabled Arts Plaza patrons to get the ax."

It's very nice that they want to beautify and improve the Civic Arts Plaza, but consideration must be given to the disabled.

These individuals have to be given credit for getting out of their homes and enjoying what the Arts Plaza has to offer. I'm sure this would limit many of them from attending events.

Thousand Oaks is a wonderful community, and I don't think this is a fair deal.

Surely there must be a compromise. This problem can be resolved to make both sides happy. Why penalize these individuals?

I hope you get tons of protests from the wonderful people of Thousand Oaks.
