New store can help your family keep cool

Thousand Oaks Fans and Lighting recently opened in Thousand Oaks.

The second retail operation of D&X Enterprises, the new store at 1125 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. will cater to customers who want knowledgeable sales people and plenty of items to choose from, especially fans.

"We're not your typical lighting store," said general manager Xochi Cleminson. "Our customers go out of their way to come to our showroom because we help them custom design their fans and lighting to fit their style."

Ceiling fans are growing in importance because of the energy they save. Thousand Oaks Fans and Lighting carries a large inventory of nationally known brands.
