Proceeds from concert to help church complete organ

Samuel Soria, organist at Our Lady of the Angels Cathedral in Los Angeles, will be the featured artist during an organ benefit concert at 4 p.m. Sun., March 25 at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1600 E. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks.

Soria will perform Bach's Prelude and Fugue in E Minor, BMV 548; Franck's Chorale No. 2 in B; and Durufle's Prelude, Adagio and Choral Variations on the theme "Veni Creator."

A reception will follow the concert. Admission is $20 and tickets will be available at the door. Proceeds will benefit Ascension's organ completion fund.
