Monarchs Gymnastics team wins big

Monarchs National Gymnastics Training Center was represented at the 2007 All Olympia Invitational Feb. 10 and 11 with a six-member Level 7 girl's optional gymnastics team. The meet was held in the John Wooden Center at UCLA in Los Angeles.

In the 10-year-old age division, Erika Estes of Simi Valley took first place on bars and second place All-Around. Kyra Dahlke of Westlake Village came in first place in floor, vault and beam and first place All-Around.

In the 11 to 12yearold division, Kyra Williams of Thousand Oaks was awarded second place for her All-Around performance. New to Level 7, Annalee Mueller of Thousand Oaks earned a first place on vault and a third place AllAround score. Sydnee Stanley of Westlake Village received a first place win on vault, and Darby Shattuck earned a second place.

Carinne Gale, 11, of Simi Valley won first place on beam, vault, floor and All-Around. She was also interviewed by an International Gymnastics magazine reporter. Aylssa Gale, 14, of Simi Valley earned first place on vault, second for floor exercise and third place All-Around.
