Named to dean's list

Two local students have been named to the dean's list for the fall 2006 semester.

+Dana Beierle of Thousand Oaks attends the College of Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University and is a junior majoring in industrial and interaction design.

To qualify for the list, students must achieve at least a 3.4 grade point average during the semester.

+Pam Greffin of Newbury Park attends Cal State Northridge, where a student must maintain a grade point average of 3.5 to qualify for the list.

Greffin is a junior majoring in geographical information systems and is the daughter of Sharon Greffin of Newbury Park and Phillip Greffin of Fresno.
