Local student earns master's at Boston U.

David M. Rich of Newbury Park received a master's degree in energy and environmental analysis from Boston University in January.

Rich was one of 1,412 students to graduate from the college this year.

Boston University has programs in the arts, sciences, engineering and professional areas.
