HONORED ROYALTY- - The Mardi Gras Ball king and queen, Frank Bellinghiere and Marion Schillo, left, are honored for helping Senior Concerns at Hyatt Westlake Plaza. The Saturday evening gala fundraiser featured dancing, silent and live auctions, music and dinner. It helped Under One Roof, the multiagency facility at 80 E. Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks.
