      The Oaks Christian football team is featured on the cover of the new AT&T Yellow Pages. In late December, OCHS won the Division III state championship, defeating Cardinal Newman of Santa Rosa 27-20 in overtime.

      The Channel Coast Volleyball Officials Association continues to search for referees for the upcoming spring season, which begins in late February. The association works games in Ventura and westernmost Los Angeles counties. New volleyball officials including college students are welcome.
