County in good shape, official says

      Ventura County has a healthy economy but lacks sufficient affordable housing, the county's executive officer said last week at a meeting of business and government officials. "We're in good shape," John Johnston told an audience of about 200 at Spanish Hills Country Club in Camarillo.
