Newbury Park

A male, 30, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence at 1:25 a.m. Dec. 1 at the intersection of Hillcrest and Lawrence drives.

The following subjects were arrested for being under the influence of controlled substances: A female, 31, at noon Nov. 29 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road (suspect was also in possession of a glass smoking pipe); a male, 45, at 2:29 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; and a male, 33, at 7 a.m. Dec. 4 in the 2700 block of Borchard Road.

Vehicle break-ins were reported on the following dates and places: on Nov. 29 or 30 in the 900 block of Via Heraldo (left rear passenger window broken); on Nov. 29 or 30 in the 4400 block of Paseo de La Paz (window broken and iPod stolen from glove box); on Nov. 29 or 30 in the 3900 block of Via Aurora; on Nov. 30 or Dec. 1 in the 800 block of Longford Avenue (cell phone and charger and purse stolen from unlocked vehicle); on Dec. 1 or 2 in the 100 block of Maynard Avenue (unlocked); and on Dec. 1 or 2 in the 500 block of Walter Avenue.

A male, 19, was arrested for reckless driving at 7:34 p.m. Dec. 1 at the intersection of Borchard Road and Wendy Drive.

Manzanita Elementary School was vandalized with spray painted graffiti on late night of Nov. 30.

A male, 40, was arrested for being under the influence of prescription medication after he was initially stopped for driving without headlights at 12:39 a.m. Nov. 28 in the 700 block of N. Wendy Drive.

Somebody entered the Target store on Teller Road, attempted to break into two display cases, and left the store with stolen items through an emergency exit between 4:19 and 4:35 p.m. Dec. 3.

A male, 20, was arrested for stealing property at 11:23 a.m. Dec. 1 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.

For stealing copper wire from a vehicle in a parking lot in the 2700 block of Teller Road, a female, 26, was arrested at 11:23 a.m. Dec. 1.

A male, 38, was arrested for shoplifting from a business at 5:13 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.

Vandalism occurred in the 400 block of Dena Drive at 2:55 a.m. Nov. 29.

Items were stolen from a Blockbuster Video in the 2200 block of Michael Drive around 3 a.m. Dec. 4.

Property was stolen at a business around 9 p.m. Dec. 5 in the 3300 block of Kimber Drive.

For possessing an alcoholic beverage, a male, 18 was cited at 10:10 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road.

A male, 18, was cited for underage drinking at Rancho Conejo Playfields off Ventu Park Road at 12:31 a.m. Dec. 2.

Thousand Oaks

On suspicion of driving under the influence, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 27, at 10:10 p.m. Nov. 22 at intersection of W. Hillcrest Drive and Lynn Road; a female, 26, at 1:51 a.m. Dec. 1 in the 1200 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard (suspect was swerving and ran a red light); a male, 43, at 9:57 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 2100 block of E. Olsen Road; a male, 22, at 1:20 a.m. Dec. 2 at Moorpark Road at the 101 Freeway; a male, 33, at 3:03 a.m. in front of the Oaks mall entrance at Lynn Road; a male, 44, at 5 a.m. Dec. 2 at the intersection of Moorpark Road and Gainsborough Road (suspect was driving in wrong lane on Moorpark Road and nearly collided with a patrol car); a male, 53, at 7:40 p.m. Dec. 2 at intersection of Pederson Road and Calle Estepa (suspect was involved in a traffic collision); a male, 20, at 2:40 p.m. Dec. 3 at intersection of Monte Carlo Drive and Bordero Lane; a male, 20 at 6:22 p.m. Dec. 4 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road; and a female, 38, at 10:45 p.m. Dec. 4 at Broadbeck Drive and Camino Dos Rios (suspect allegedly drove into a light pole in the parking lot).

A woman, 23, was arrested for domestic violence at 8:14 p.m. Nov. 29 in the 800 block of E. Avenida de Los Flores.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following were arrested: a female, 50, at 3 p.m. Nov. 27 in the 3200 block of Blue Ridge Court; a male, 45, at 3:10 p.m. Nov. 28 in the 900 block of Avenida de Los Flores; a male, 20, at 10:27 a.m. Nov. 29 at the intersection of Westlake Boulevard and Fairfield Avenue (suspect was also in possession of marijuana); a male, 18, at 4:10 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 1600 block of Newbury Road (suspect possessed Vicodin pills); a male, 22, at 8:30 p.m. Dec. 2 at the intersection of Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Pleasant Way (suspect possessed marijuana); a male, 21, at 7:12 p.m. Dec. 2 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (suspect was also in possession of a controlled substance and a smoking device); a female, 33, at 4:45 a.m. Dec. 3 at the intersection of Erbes Road and Sapra Street; and a male, 23, at 5:07 p.m. Dec. 4 in the 1600 block of Charterwood Court (suspect also in possession of glass smoking pipe with residue on it).

A male, 29, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and trying to destroy evidence at noon Dec. 5 in the 1500 block of Upper Ranch Road.

Vehicle break-ins were reported on the following dates and places: On Nov. 28 or 29 in the 700 block of Pamela Wood Street (unlocked); on Nov. 19 or 20 in the 1300 block of Southwind Circle (unlocked); Between 9:30 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. Nov. 28 in the first block of Amgen Center Drive (laptop computer stolen); on Nov. 30 or Dec. in the 100 block of Helecho Court (unlocked); on Nov. 30 or Dec. 1 in the 100 block of Jeranias Court (unlocked); on Nov. 30 or Dec. 1 in the 100 block of Maegan Place (unlocked); on Dec. 1 or 2 in the 800 block of Capitan Street (unlocked, door vandalized); on Dec. 2 or 3 in the 500 block of W. Gainsborough Road (window broken and purse stolen); on early morning of Dec. 5 in the 700 block of Rushing Creek Place; and on Dec. 4 or 5 in the 100 block of W. Avenida de Los Arboles.

Property was stolen from a locked locker at 24 Hour Fitness between 3:49 and 4:05 p.m. Dec. 1.

Goods were stolen from a business around 4:30 p.m. Nov. 29 in the 1500 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A male, 34, was arrested for being drunk in public at 8:20 p.m. Nov. 29 at the intersection of Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Pierece Arrow Avenue.

Somebody illegally entered a dwelling between Nov. 23 and 30 in the 1500 block of El Cerrito Drive.

Two suspects hid jewelry and clothing in a baby stroller and exited the business without paying between 5:22 and 7:12 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

For allegedly being in a fight and drunk in public, a male, 21, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Nov. 29 at Janss Marketplace.

A vehicle was vandalized Nov. 30 or Dec. 1 in the 2200 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

The Home Depot in the 2700 block of Teller Road suffered lost property between 4:15 and 4:30 p.m.

A vehicle was dented and scratched between 9 and 9:30 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 2300 block of Drayton Avenue.

Someone's wallet was stolen between 1:57 p.m. and 2:39 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A business was broken into and property was stolen between Nov. 30 and Dec. 2 in the 4000 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Items were stolen from a business around 7:15 p.m. Dec. 4 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A known suspect failed to return rental equipment in a timely fashion regarding a crime reported on Dec. 4 in the 600 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A movie was stolen from a video store in the 400 block of Avenida de Los Arboles around 9:15 p.m. Dec. 4.

A male, 19, was arrested, cited and released for embezzlement at 3:54 p.m. Nov. 21 in the 1700 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.

The following subjects were arrested for identify theft or possessing stolen property or using someone's credit card and personal information to obtain merchandise: a male, 48, at 9:40 a.m. Nov. 27; a female, 38, on Nov. 25; and a male, 24, at 1:03 p.m. Dec. 4.

A female, 25, was arrested for shoplifting at 1:22 p.m. Nov. 29 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

For soliciting and selling items without a permit, a male, 25, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. Nov. 30 in the 700 block of Calle Mandarinas.

A female, 35, was arrested for stealing property at 9:17 p.m. Dec. 4 in the 400 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles.

A rock was thrown through a rear window of a car at 4 p.m. Dec. 4 in the 1800 block of El Monte Drive.

For throwing two cups of coffee at a vehicle, a male, 18, was arrested at 10 p.m. Nov. 30 at the intersection of Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Hampshire Road.

For drinking an alcoholic beverage in public, the following were cited and released: a male, 39, at 4:25 p.m. Nov. 24 in the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive; and a male, 54, at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 29 at El Parque de la Paz in the 100 block of N. Oakview Drive.

Westlake/T.O.

A male, 27 was arrested for being under the influence of methamphetamine at 11:20 a.m. Nov. 29 at the intersection of Via Colinas and Lindero Canyon Road.

Someone's purse was stolen on Nov. 29 in the 100 block of Triunfo Canyon Road.

A vehicle was reportedly broken into between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Nov. 29 in the 100 block of Lakeview Canyon Road.

Property was damaged at a home in the 2800 block of Agoura Road at 1:24 a.m. Dec. 2.

A male, 18, threw a bottle at someone's mirrored wall at 1:49 a.m. Dec. 2 in the 2800 block of Agoura Road.

In the 1900 block of Elmsbury Road, an unlocked vehicle was broken into on Dec. 4 or 5.
