Five arrests made in shooting death of Newbury Park man
      Five residents of Thousand Oaks have been arrested in connection with the Nov. 4 killing of Newbury Park resident Juan Nabte, 20. Luis Lima, 23, and a 17yearold male juvenile were charged with homicide. Fernando Chaclan, 19, Edgar Martinez, 18, and Jennifer Patino, 19, were also arrested.
