Getting ready for holiday

IRIS SMOOT/Acorn Newspapers HANUKKAH FESTIVITIES- Thousand Oaks resident Terri Zwicker and son Colin, 10, try on kippot from a vendor at the Temple Etz Chaim Chanukah Fest 2007 in Thousand Oaks on Saturday afternoon. The festival also included face painting, children's crafts, jolly jumps, a rock-climbing wall, music and a menorah-lighting ceremony in preparation for the beginning of Hanukkah on Tuesday evening.
