For suspicion of drunk driving the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 23, at 3:40 a.m. Nov. 12 in the 4000 block of Greenwood Street; a male, 31, at 6:20 p.m. Nov. 11 at Michael Drive and Borchard Road; and a male, 29, at 1:24 a.m. Nov. 11 in the 2100 block of Newbury Road.
Arrested for suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance were the following: A male, 25, at 8:40 p.m. Nov. 10 in the 300 block of Avenida de La Plata (also cited for possession of a substance believed to be methamphetamine, resisting arrest and possession of paraphernalia); a male, 22, and a female, 18, at 1:17 a.m. Nov. 10 in the 1600 block of Newbury Road (also cited for possession of false identification); a female, 34, and a male, 36, at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 9 in the 1200 block of Newbury Road (also cited for resisting arrest, and for possession of a controlled substance and a smoking device); and a male, 22, at 7:06 p.m. Nov. 8 in the 1300 block of Newbury Road.
Amp breakers valued at $6,500 were stolen from a construction site in the 3300 block of Old Conejo Road on Nov. 7 or 8.
The loss was $4,160 after a home was burglarized in the 1700 block of Crystal View Circle. No signs of forced entry were observed and the incident occurred between 3 and 10:30 p.m. Nov. 5.
A male shoplifter broke into a glass cabinet and stole $2,000 worth of iPods from a store the morning of Nov. 13 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.
A business and motor home were burglarized between Oct. 31 and Nov. 3 in the 2600 block of Conejo Spectrum Street.
Money was stolen from the safe at a business in the 2000 block of Corporate Center Drive between Aug. 25 and Oct. 29.
Items were stolen from a wallet the morning of Oct. 31 in the 800 block of Lawrence Drive.
A business window was smashed but nothing appeared to be stolen after a break-in between 4:50 and 5:05 p.m. Nov. 10 in the 600 block of Rancho Conejo Boulevard. The perpetrator(s) may have fled in the wake of an audible alarm.
A mailbox was stolen in the vicinity of Kathleen Drive and Newbury Road the morning of Nov. 9.
Mail was stolen on Nov. 9 in the 100 block of Newbury Lane.
Something was stolen from an open garage the night of Nov. 7 in the 100 block of San Vincente Circle.
No signs of forced entry were observed but a dwelling in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive was burglarized between Nov. 6 and 11.
Thefts from vehicles were reported in the following: around 1 p.m. Nov. 7 in the 700 block of Calle Arroyo; two vehicles between Nov. 10 and 12 in a parking lot in the 1200 block of Alessandro Drive (car windows broken); two unlocked vehicles between midnight and 5 a.m. Nov. 11 in the 2400 block of Alice Ann Court; and an unlocked vehicle between midnight and 8 a.m. Nov. 10 in the 100 block of Via Teca.
The exterior lights of a home and a vehicle were vandalized the night of Nov. 11 in the 3300 block of W. Corning Street.
A home's window was smashed with a cement block in the first block of Lupe Street at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 5. The damage was $600.
The loss was more than $400 after items were stolen from the Albertsons store on Reino Road the afternoon of Nov. 5.
A condo complex in the 500 block of Paseo Esmeralda was vandalized Nov. 8 or 9 when a wall was broken by an unknown object.
A vehicle mirror was vandalized the night of Nov. 4 on Ventu Park Road, 100 yards south of Ramona Drive.
A vehicle window was broken around 11:35 p.m. Nov. 13 in the 1600 block of Amador Lane.
A mailbox was vandalized in the 800 block of Cypress Street the night of Nov. 13. The night of Nov. 11, the same thing happened in the 200 block of Mesa Avenue.
A male, 20, was cited and released for possession of marijuana and an open container of alcohol in a vehicle at 7:23 p.m. Nov. 10 at Pine Creek Court and Oak Trail Street. At the same time and location, another male, 20, was arrested for possession of hashish.
Graffiti was painted in a public restroom at the Dos Vientos Community Center on Nov. 4 or 5.
A vehicle was vandalized (possibly by small rocks) between Nov. 6 and 9 in the 1000 block of La Grange Avenue.
For public intoxication at Borchard Road and Michael Drive at 11:53 a.m. Nov. 9, a male, 26, was arrested.
For consuming an alcoholic beverage in public, a male, 31, was cited and released at 10:57 p.m. Nov. 6 at Calle Turquesa and Avenida Del Platino.
Thousand Oaks
For suspicion of driving under the influence, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: A male, 42, at 1:18 a.m. Nov. 12 at White Ridge Place and Vista Wood Circle; and a male, 55, at 9:45 a.m. Nov. 9 in the 200 block of W. Janss Road (regarding accident[s] at Erbes Road and Hillcrest Drive, the subject was believed to have been under the influence of medication and he was also cited for hit and run involving a personal injuries.
For suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, the following were arrested at the times, dates and places shown: A female, 18, at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 9 in the 1000 block of Avenida de Los Arboles (also cited for possession of a controlled substance); a male, 24, at 1 a.m. Nov. 12 in the 1700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard; and a male, 32, at 9:24 a.m. Oct. 31 in the 1500 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard (also cited for possession of drugs for sale).
A male, 19, was arrested for multiple charges regarding a gang-related shooting incident on Nov. 13. The arrest was made in the 1100 block of Calle Jazmin, the incident allegedly occurred in the 600 block of Avenida Del Platino.
Arson caused damage at Walnut Creek Park at 2:18 p.m. Nov. 11.
A male, 22, was taken into custody for suspicion of battery. The arrest occurred in the 100 block of N. Moorpark Road at 6:10 p.m. Nov. 14. The incident allegedly occurred in the 600 block of N. Moorpark Road and involved another male who sustained a broken arm.
A male, 46, was arrested for suspicion of battery on Nov. 12 in the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive.
A male, 48, and a female, 51, were both arrested for suspicion of battery at 12:50 a.m. Nov. 10 in the 800 block of Calle Margarita.
At 1:45 p.m. Nov. 10, a male, 41, was cited and released for suspicion of battery in the 2600 block of Castillo Circle.
A suspect known to the victim took $38,000 from her to make down payments on two homes in Texas between April 26 and Nov. 12. The money was never applied to the purchase of the homes.
After stealing the victim's keys and other property at a business in the 130 block of W. Hillcrest, the victim's car was stolen.
For misdemeanor hit and run, the following were cited and released: A female, 44, at 2:55 p.m. Nov. 7 regarding an accident in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive at noon that day; and male, 18, at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 9 in the 900 block of Calle Ruiz.
A male, 27, was cited and released for disturbing the peace by challenging another person to fight at 1 p.m. Oct. 29 regarding an incident on Oct. 20 in the 2600 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
The loss was about $3,000 after a burglar broke a window and opened a sliding glass door to a dwelling in the 200 block of Erbes Road during daytime on Nov. 6.
A home without signs of forced entry in the 1900 block of Willow Tree Court was burglarized on Oct. 30.
A motor home was vandalized and gasoline was stolen between Nov. 1 and 3 in the 800 block of Calle Cedro.
Between 12:55 and 1:15 p.m. Nov. 10, somebody entered California Pizza Kitchen, P.F. Chang's, Claim Jumper and Sushi Ko with the intent to commit theft.
A male, 37, was arrested for allegedly stealing items at Sears on Nov. 12.
Two lunch tables were stolen from Conejo Valley Unified School District between Nov. 9 and 13 in the 1300 block of Calle Bouganvilla.
Somebody removed property from a backyard in the 2500 block of Ciro Avenue, forced entry into the home and damaged a fountain between Oct. 13 and Nov. 4.
Burglar(s) attempted to break into a business between 10 and 10:15 p.m. Nov. 13 in the 500 block of N. Moorpark Road.
A motorist reported that somebody threw metal objects at his vehicle at 8 a.m. Nov. 13 in the 1500 block of Norman Avenue.
Thefts from vehicles were reported in the following: A digital camera was stolen from an unlocked vehicle the night of Nov. 5 in the 2100 block of Sonoma Drive; items valued in excess of $400 were stolen from the back of a truck between 1 and 1:10 p.m. Nov. 6 in the 4500 block of Tam O'Shanter Drive; a locked vehicle the night of Nov. 13 in the 3200 block of Medicine Bow Court (purse stolen); several vehicles the night of Nov. 13 in the 500 block of Timberwood Avenue (locked and unlocked); the night of Nov. 10 in the 2300 block of Laurelwood Drive (window smashed, backpack stolen); locked vehicle between 8:30 and 11:30 p.m. Nov. 9 in the 200 block of Triunfo Canyon Road; and an unlocked car on Nov. 8 or 9 in the 600 block of Lynnmere Drive.
Embezzlement occurred between Feb. 20 and Oct. 15 from a building in the 1500 block of Adele Place. The theft was only recently reported.
A mailbox in the 2200 block of Drayton Drive was stolen the night of Nov. 9.
A burglar attempted to break into a business the night of Nov. 13 in the 400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.
Something was stolen from a building in the 1900 block of Smokewood Court between Oct. 5 and Nov. 12.
Merchandise was stolen from Sears on Nov. 9.
Items were stolen from numerous office cubicles on Nov. 7 or 8 in the first block of Amgen Center Drive.
Twelve victims had items stolen from horse stables in the 1200 block of Hidden Valley Road after burglary the night of Nov. 4.
A theft occurred at California Lutheran University between 6 and 8 p.m. Nov. 13.
Someone threw bricks on a car and caused about $1,000 damage the night of Nov. 4 in the 200 block of Dryden Street.
Somebody hit a car window with a rock at 1:55 p.m. Nov. 14 in the 600 block of N. Moorpark Road. The damage was estimated between $400 and $500.
The restroom wall of a pizza parlor was targeted with graffiti on Nov. 11 or 12 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.
Conejo Elementary School was targeted with graffiti between Nov. 3 and 5.
A vehicle's cargo window was smashed the night of Nov. 6 in the first block of W. Avenida de Los Arboles.
More than one vehicle was damaged by scratches on Oct. 21 or 22 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue. The incidents were only recently reported.
A tire was slashed between Nov. 2 and 6 in the 1500 block of Norman Avenue.
Someone used lipstick to commit vandalism between Oct. 30 and Nov. 10 in the 1200 block of Willowgreen Court.
Gang-style graffiti vandalism took place on Abbotsbury Street between Nov. 3 and 5.
For possession of marijuana and for warrants for his arrest, a male, 20, was arrested at 7 p.m. Nov. 10 at a liquor store parking on Los Feliz Drive.
A male, 19, was cited and released for having a bottle of wine in his possession at 9:17 p.m. Nov. 9 at Hillcrest Drive and Lynn Road.
For drinking an alcoholic beverage in public, the following were cited and released: A female, 39, and three males, 39, 41 and 48, at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 10 in the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive; two males, 41 and 37, at 4:40 p.m. Nov. 9 in the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive; and a male, 40, at 12:15 p.m. Nov. 9 at Royal Oaks Drive and Hampshire Road.

Arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated was a female, 52, at Pierce Arrow and T.O. Boulevard.
The loss was more than $300 after a wallet, cash, credit cards and driver's license were stolen at a business in the 100 block of Promenade Way the late afternoon of Nov. 10.
A commercial building in the 3000 block of Townsgate Road was broken into and burglarized between Nov. 2 and 5.
Thirteen victims had losses after items were stolen from horse stables in the 1800 block of W. Potrero Road between 12:30 and 7:30 a.m. Nov. 5.
Thefts from vehicles occurred in the following: The night of Nov. 13 in the 3200 block of W. Sierra Drive; an unlocked vehicle on Nov. 13 or 14 in the 1200 block of Westlake Boulevard; and the night of Nov. 13 in the 600 block of W. Hampshire Road (unlocked).
Graffiti vandalism was reported in the vicinity of Westlake Boulevard and Bridgegate Road on Nov. 6.
A vehicle in a car lot had a broken window after vandalism between Nov. 3 and 10 in the 3400 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
For selling magazine subscriptions without a peddler's license, a male, 21, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. Nov. 13 in the 4200 block of Arrowhead Circle.
