Pat Helton

Pat Helton, a broker with Coldwell Banker Westlake Village, was a cosponsor at the American Association of University of Women's Financial Fitness Forum on Sat., Oct. 20 at the Thousand Oaks Inn. Chellie Campbell, the author of "The Wealthy Spirit" and "Zero to Zillionaire," was the keynote speaker. She inspired attendees to become successful at producing more income, managing their money, eliminating debt and having more time to enjoy life. Helton met Campbell, who autographed the books for her.

Helton is a licensed broker and a certified ePRO agent, the highest technology designation for Realtors nationwide. She is a certified residential specialist, a graduate of the Realtors Institute, an accredited buyer representative, a certified negotiator designation and a seniors real estate specialist. Helton has been a top producing agent in the Conejo Valley for more than 22 years. She is Coldwell Banker's senior preview estates director and is a certified relocation specialist. She has been named to Who's Who in Residential Real Estate in North America.

Helton is a former educator and holds a Master of Science degree. She is a supporter of many schools and their sports teams. She is the school team sponsor for Colina Middle School, and she donated the SchoolTeam Telecommunication Technology System, valued at $10,000, to the school. The system allows the principal to immediately contact parents by phone in case of emergency. Helton believes it is important to give back to the community in which she lives and works.
