CVS/pharmacy offers flu shots on Nov. 14
      The CVS/pharmacy at 2791 Agoura Road in Thousand Oaks will offer a flu shot clinic at 3 p.m. Wed., Nov. 14. The cost for the shot is $30, $28 with a CVS/card or free for certain types of Medicare. Annual flu shots have been found to be about 75 percent effective in preventing the flu.
