Indian center to craft goods from gourds

A free family craft workshop from 10 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 3 p.m. Sun., Nov. 18 at the Rancho Sierra Vista/Satwiwa Native American Indian Cultural Center at Lynn Road and Via Goleta in Newbury Park.

Nadiya Littlewarrior, a Potawatomi gourd artist, will lead the workshop. Participants will create ornaments or necklaces.
