It's time to change your clocks again on Sunday

You get back this weekend that hour of sleep you lost in March.

At 2 a.m. Sun., Nov. 4, clocks should be turned back one hour. Daylight saving time began the second Sunday in March and ends on Sunday when we return to standard time.

It's easy to remember; clocks fall back in autumn and spring forward in spring.

Many people find it easier to just turn the clocks back one hour before they retire on Saturday night.

Please enjoy your "extra hour" this weekend.
