Westlake High senior pitcher Ryan De Jesus has made a verbal commitment to play baseball at San Francisco State.

During his junior season for the Warriors, De Jesus, a 6foot2, 175-pound left-hander, was 1-2 with a 3.41 ERA in 28.2 innings of work. He struck out 14 batters and walked seven.
