Knitting in fellowship


WENDY PIERRO/Acorn Newspapers MAGIC FINGERS- Cathy Howell of Westlake Village knits for the Prayer Shawl Ministries at Westminster  Presbyterian  Church.  The  group  meets  two  days  a  month  and  makes baby blankets, lap blankets and shawls, and distributes them to people in the community who need comfort. The group has been providing knitted goods for about three years. Knitters vary in age; some are in their 20s while others are in their 90s.
