Arts and crafts boutique at Borchard Park The second annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Boutique will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sat. Nov. 3 at the Borchard Community Center, 190 Reino Road, Newbury Park. Interested vendors should call the community center before Fri., Oct. 19.
