The Democratic Women's Council of Conejo Valley will host a brunch and book signing from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Sat., Oct. 20 at Boccaccio's restaurant, 32123 Lindero Canyon Road, Westlake Village.

Elizabeth de la Vega, a former federal prosecutor and author of "United States v. George W. Bush et al.," will discuss her book.

A silent auction will also be featured.

Cost is $29, which includes brunch and tip.
