Newbury Park

At the times, dates and places indicated, the following subjects were arrested on suspicion of drunk driving: a male, 31, at 10:18 p.m. Aug. 4 at Rancho Dos Vientos Drive and Lynn Road; a male, 29, at 9:06 a.m. Aug. 5 in the 600 block of Avenida Del Platino; a male, 24, at 1:13 a.m. Aug. 6 on the 101 Freeway at Ventu Park Road; and a male, 44, at 9:27 p.m. Aug. 12 on Lois Drive, south of Old Conejo Road.

The following subjects, at the times, dates and places indicated, were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance: a male, 34, at 8:22 p.m. Aug. 9 in the 500 block of Avenida Del Platino (also cited for possession of a hypodermic needle); and a female, 49, at 10:01 a.m. Aug. 12 in the 100 block of Reino Road.

Regarding an incident at 1:57 a.m. Aug. 8 in the 200 block of Dena Drive, a male, 20, was arrested in the 1700 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard and charged with robbery.

For allegedly shoplifting at Kohl's at 6:10 p.m. Aug. 5, a female, 18, was arrested.

On a charge of possession of alcohol and marijuana in a vehicle, a male, 18, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Aug. 6 in the 3900 block of Old Conejo Road.

A known suspect smashed a car window and stole property at 4:55 p.m. Aug. 1 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road.

A storage shed at Sequoia Middle School was targeted with graffiti on Aug. 1 or 2.

A cargo trailer was broken into and burglarized between July 27 and 30 in the 1200 block of Lawrence Drive.

Eggs were thrown at a home in the first block of Via Mirabella between July 30 and Aug. 1.

A vehicle and other items were stolen in the first block of Cindy Avenue after burglar(s) entered a home through an unlocked back door the night of July 29.

Display items were stolen from Kohl's the afternoon of Aug. 5.

Tools were stolen from a home under construction between Aug. 4 and 6 in the 2400 block of W. Lynn Road.

A business in the 2000 block of Corporate Center Drive was targeted with graffiti the night of Aug. 5.

The loss was estimated at $600 after quarters were stolen from coin-operated vacuums between Aug. 3 and 6 in the 2800 block of Camino Dos Rios.

A shoplifting incident occurred between 11 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Aug. 7 in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.

A female, 27, was arrested and charged with shoplifting at Kohl's at 9:20 p.m. Aug. 15.

A suspect was caught trying to steal liquor from a retailer in the 2100 block of Newbury Road at 8:18 a.m. Aug. 15.

An unlocked home in the 600 block of Randy Drive was burglarized the night of Aug. 7.

An employee of a moving company was arrested and charged with theft in the 800 block of Rikkard Drive in T.O. following an incident in the 800 block of Mitchell Road.

The night of Aug. 3, a mailbox in the 2200 block of Avenida de Las Plantas was vandalized.

Exterior lighting at a home in the 300 block of Greenmeadow Avenue was vandalized the night of Aug. 9.

A male, 20, was cited and releasedat East Valley Station for credit card fraud at 11:25 a.m. Aug. 14. The alleged incident occurred, however, in the 2200 block of Michael Drive.

Unspecified vandalism took place the early morning of Aug. 10 in the 3000 block of Deer Valley Avenue.

An unlocked vehicle in the 1100 block of Camino Dos Rios was burglarized on Aug. 12 or 13.

A vehicle was keyed and dented by a possibly known vandal the night of Aug. 11 in the 400 block of Jeanne Court.

In the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive, a vehicle was broken into and burglarized between 2:45 and 3 a.m. Aug. 13.

Something was stolen in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda between Aug. 10 and 13.

Property valued at $1,500 was stolen from a business in the 1000 block of Newbury Road the afternoon of Aug. 10.

An explosive device went off at midnight Aug. 14 in a church parking lot in the 2700 block of Borchard Road. There was no property damage.

For drinking alcohol in public, a male, 35, was at 6:40 p.m. Aug. 10 cited and released in the 500 block of Avenida Del Platino.

Thousand Oaks

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 34, at 9:02 p.m. Aug. 1 at Westlake Boulevard and Avenida de Los Arboles; a male, 27, at 2:55 a.m. Aug. 5 on the 23 Freeway north of Janss Road; a male, 26, at 12:07 a.m. Aug. 6 at Montgomery and Briar Cliff roads (the suspect had been involved in a singlevehicle accident and also had no interlock device on his vehicle, which had been required because of previous DUI convictions); a female, 43, at 11:40 a.m. Aug. 7 on Olsen Road; a male, 39, at 5:32 p.m. Aug. 14 at Dawn and Orinda courts; a male, 34, at 11:54 p.m. Aug. 8 in the 1400 block of T.O. Boulevard; a male, 21, at 2 a.m. Aug. 10 in the 2000 block of Los Feliz Drive; a female, 45, at 7:08 p.m. Aug. 11 at Moorpark Road and Conejo Valley Plaza; a female, 19, at 12:42 a.m. Aug. 12 on Lynn Road south of the 101; and a female, 35, at 7:45 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

The following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance: three people between 8:25 and 9:25 a.m. in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (a female, 33, and two males, 24 and 36); a female, 32, at 1:10 p.m. Aug. 2 in the first block of S. Rancho Road; a male, 34, at 1:40 p.m. in the first block of S. Rancho Road; a female, 20, at 10:29 a.m. Aug. 2 in the 1400 block of Rancho Lane; two males, 29 and 39, and female, 29, at 4:09 p.m. Aug. 3 in the 100 block of Skyline Drive; a male, 40, at 7:15 p.m. Aug. 4 in the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive; a male, 27, at 10:14 p.m. Aug. 11 at Portofino Place and Lynn Road; a male, 26, at 3 p.m. Aug. 9 at Warwick Avenue and Mayflower Street; and a male, 18, at 2:30 a.m. Aug. 14 in the 700 block of Rutgers Street.

Regarding an incident at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 7 in the 300 block of Rolling Oaks Drive, a male, 32, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery.

After he was found passed out at 8:31 p.m. Aug. 3 in the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive, a male, 48, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

A male, 22, was at 8:44 p.m. Aug. 4 arrested in conjunction with a gang graffiti incident. The arrest occurred on Oakbrook Lane north of Avenida de Los Arboles. The incident took place earlier in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

On a charge of public drunkenness, a male, 25, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 4 in the 600 block of Paseo Esmeralda.

For allegedly possessing prescription medicine that didn't belong to him, a male, 51, was arrested in the first block of S. Rancho Road at 8 p.m. Aug. 5.

At 8:31 a.m. Aug. 7 in the first block of N. Moorpark Road, a male, 36, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

In the 1300 block of Avenida de Las Flores, a male, 20, was arrested at 2:04 p.m. Aug. 7 and charged with urinating in public.

On a charge of disturbing the peace with loud music, a male, 26, was placed under citizen's arrest at 10:44 p.m. Aug. 7 in the 1500 block of Holly Court.

On Aug. 1 at around 1:40 a.m., somebody drove his vehicle on the median of Pederson Road from Uppingham to Olsen Road, colliding with 10 street signs.

A vehicle was broken into and a purse stolen the night of Aug. 2 in the 2400 block of Pleasant Way.

A business in the 1000 block of Avenida de Los Arboles was targeted with graffiti the night of Aug. 2.

In the 1200 block of Lawrence Drive on Aug. 2 or 3, somebody broke through a driveway chain and tried to break through a water barrier to property belonging to the city of T.O.

A home in the 400 block of Twin Oaks Court was broken into and burglarized during daytime on Aug. 2.

An apartment complex and two businesses in the 900 block of Avenida de Los Arboles were targeted with gang graffiti on Aug. 2 or 3.

Unknown suspect(s) spray painted gang graffiti on the rear wall of Rancho Conejo Park between 4 and 6:30 p.m. Aug. 3.

The bathroom door of a business in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road was vandalized by a known suspect at 2:10 a.m. Aug. 4.

A business in the 3300 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard was broken into and burglarized the night of Aug. 3.

An act of vandalism occurred on July 27 or 28 in the 2300 block of Otono Circle.

A flood control channel south of Calle Zafiro was hit with gang graffiti between July 28 and Aug. 4.

In the first block of Van Dyke Street on Aug. 3 or 4, an unlocked vehicle was burglarized. The same incident occurred during the same time period in the 200 block of Teasdale Street.

Property was stolen from an apartment complex on Aug. 4 or 5 in the 300 block of Hodencamp Road.

A vehicle was egged in the 1600 block of Calle Zocalo on Aug. 3 or 4.

A business break-in and burglary was reported in the 2800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard. It took place on Aug. 4 or 5 and the loss was more than $400.

A coin-operated washer and dryer were vandalized and money was stolen on Aug. 4 or 5 in the 600 block of Warwick Avenue.

Rocks were thrown at several vehicles causing damages between 8:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Aug. 6 in the 2400 block of Los Feliz Drive.

In the 1700 block of Burning Tree Drive, a home was burglarized between Aug. 3 and 5. No signs of forced entry were observed.

Property belonging to three victims was vandalized on Aug. 5 or 6 in the 100 block of Tennyson Street.

Eggs caused car damage the night of Aug. 7 in the 1300 block of Calle Violetta.

For embezzlement, a male, 31, was at 3:55 p.m. Aug. 15 charged and arrested in the 1700 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A male, 20, was arrested and charged with shoplifing the evening of Aug. 13 at a store in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Vehicle windows were smashed the night of Aug. 14 in the 800 block of Sheffield Place.

Three unlocked vehicles were burglarized the night of Aug. 14 in the 3000 block of Los Feliz Drive.

A vehicle break-in and burglary was reported in the 2500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard. It occurred between 8 and 9:30 a.m. Aug. 15.

A roadway and sidewalk were vandalized with spray paint the night of Aug. 13 at Windsong and Larkhill streets.

Cash- $350- was stolen from a wallet on Aug. 14 or 15 in the 900 block of Broadbeck Drive.

At Hillcrest and Houston drives there was vandalism on Aug. 13 or 14.

A female, 18, was cited and released at 1:18 a.m. Aug. 9 on McCrea Road for driving a vehicle while in possession of an open container of alcohol and marijuana.

A male, 20, was caught urinating in the 200 block of Galsworthy Street at 1:33 a.m. Aug. 11.

For public drunkenness, a male, 36, was at 1:36 a.m. Aug. 13 charged and arrested in the 100 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A known suspect tried to break vehicle windows at 11 p.m. July 19 in a grocery store parking lot in the 700 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Somebody had a tree removed without paying for it on Aug. 8 or 9 in the 2200 block of Rustic Park Court.

A vehicle in the 2500 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard was broken into and burglarized between 9:30 and 10 a.m. Aug. 11.

A shoplifter was caught at a store in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive the afternoon of Aug. 11.

Somebody broke a sliding glass window and trespassed in the 200 block of N. Skyline Drive between July 30 and Aug. 12.

Regarding an incident in the 200 block of Erbes Road, a male, 24, was cited and released at East Valley Station for entering an apartment and battering a victim. The arrest occurred on Aug. 13, but the incident took place on July 4.

For failing to return a rental vehicle after the contract had expired, a male, 46, was charged and arrested in the first block of McAfee Court at 9:39 a.m. Aug. 14.

A male, 18, was arrested and charged with shoplifting at 5:22 p.m. Aug. 14 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A car was keyed in the 500 block of Laurie Lane the afternoon of Aug. 10.

A home in the 1000 block of Terrace Circle was burglarized between 2:50 and 3:20 p.m. Aug. 12. No signs of forced entry were observed.

Tires were slashed and eggs were thrown at a car in the 2200 block of N. Moorpark Road at 12:05 a.m. Aug. 13.

Vandals hit Park Oaks Elementary School between Aug. 10 and 13 when a door and wall were targeted with graffiti.

Three tires in the 900 block of Camino La Maida were punctured on Aug. 12 or 13.

An apartment complex was targeted with gang graffiti between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 13 in the 500 block of Laurie Lane.

A known suspect stole items and used force to intimidate store employees at 7:10 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 300 block of W. Hillcrest Drive. The incident was written up as second-degree robbery.

In the 500 block of Pensfield Place during daytime on Aug. 13, two tires were punctured.

A shoplifter visited Mervyn's the afternoon of Aug. 14.

The following subjects at the times, dates and places indicated were cited and released for drinking alcoholic beverages in public: a male, 51, at 11:25 a.m. Aug. 2 in the first block of S. Rancho Road; a male, 51, at 4:05 p.m. Aug. 4 at Moorpark Road and Park Oaks; and three people at 4:05 p.m. Aug. 4 in the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive (two males, 33 and 36, and a female, 52).

T.O./Westlake

Two subjects were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. One was a male, 25, at 2:10 a.m. Aug. 3 at Agoura Road and Village Glen, and the other was a male, 18, at 2:53 a.m. Aug. 14 at Triunfo Canyon and Glastonbury roads.

An unlocked vehicle in the 2500 block of Northshore Lane was burglarized between 8 p.m. Aug. 1 and 3:15 a.m. Aug. 2.

A church was hit with spraypainted graffiti on Aug. 6 or 7 in the 1000 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.

Stop signs were vandalized in the 1000 block of Terrace Hill Circle on Aug. 6 or 7.

A business in the 2600 block of Townsgate Road was broken into and burglarized between 9:26 and 9:58 p.m. Aug. 9.

Fireworks were ignited the late evening of Aug. 10 at a theater in Promenade's Mann cinema center.

For hit-and-run at Lakeview Canyon and Falling Star, a male, 21, was cited and released at East Valley Station on Aug. 14.

Somebody recently vandalized a house and yard in the 2000 block of Rosebay Street by spray painting the front entrance, sidewalk and driveway, scattering food around the front yard, smearing dog feces on the garage door and throwing toilet paper on trees.

A rubbish container was stolen in the 1600 block of Camberwall Place on Aug. 14.
