In today's altered real estate market where buyers and sellers require greater advice and trust, referrals are becoming a prized commodity for agents and clients alike, according to Patti Hepple, manager of Troop Real Estate's Westlake Village office.

This lends significance to Hepple's recent graduation from the "100 Days of Greatness" program presented by Buffini and Company, affording her "mentor" status for Buffini's referral system of leadgeneration.

Accordingly, Hepple is certified to teach the fundamentals of Brian Buffini's Referral Systems, used by professionals nationwide, to all agents with Troop Real Estate. She invites agents to enroll in the Buffni referral program by calling her at (805) 267-0703.

"In today's real estate market, referral business for agents is king. That's because it takes more expertise, and agents are expected to advise and counsel buyers and sellers about new market conditions. Buyers and sellers, in turn, have added trust in agents they work with via referrals. The Buffini system helps agents generate a consistent supply of referral business," Hepple said. Hepple emphasized that the Buffini course is a training program that enables agents to gain referrals by taking advantage of the system's various tools. Upon completing the course, Hepple said, agents are in a better position to generate referrals and even work exclusively through referrals.

The 14-week "100 Days of Greatness" program is a stepbystep curriculum, designed to teach the fundamentals of lead-generation by referral, said Hepple. It incorporates visual roleplays covering open house strategies, making floor time work for you, how to do a listing presentation, how to convert an incoming buyer/ seller call, growing your database and how to market your database.
