The Thousand Oaks Teen Center will offer summer camps in August.

•A girls' volleyball camp will be from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday the week of Aug. 6. Kellee Roesel and Tara Thomas, who coach CLU's women's volleyball team, will be the instructors. The camp will focus on skills training. The fee is $90.

•A Funtastic Animation Camp presented by Royer Studios will be from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday the week of Aug. 6. Techniques covered will include claymation, classical animation, stop motion, cut-out, pixilation and mixed media. All materials will be provided. The fee is $145.

•Ocean Glass Surf Company will present a surf camp from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday the week of Aug. 13. Surf skills, etiquette, ocean safety practices and wave judgment will be taught. The fee is $350.
