Navy Ensign Virginia A. Taylor recently completed the fouryear officer development program at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., and received a Bachelor of Science degree.

Taylor is the daughter of Susan and Robert Taylor of Thousand Oaks and a 2003 graduate of Thousand Oaks High School.
