Shirley Richards

Shirley Richards, Coldwell Banker Westlake Village, was the top listing agent for June in her office of approximately 200 agents, according to branch manager Frances Lewis.

Since the beginning of 2007, Richards has been recognized monthly for top listing and sales production. In 2006 she was the top individual sales agent for her office. Additionally, she was in Coldwell Banker's top 100 for Southern California, which is an honor she has received many years with the company.

Richards, a broker associate, holds the international designations of CRB, CRS and ePRO, demonstrating her desire to continually pursue advanced real estate education. A local realtor since 1979, Richards is known for her efficiency, integrity, enthusiasm and energy in serving her clients.
